Venue & Lodging

Accommodations are available onsite at the Arnold House. The twenty rooms available will range from $199-$299 per night with the room block discount, exclusive of the usual taxes and fees. There are two suites and one farmhouse with three bedrooms, with the remainder as individual hotel rooms in three different buildings on the grounds.
We'll send housing requests closer to the date (no need to try and book yourselves), but if you definitely want to stay onsite and have a strong preference regarding your room, please take a look at the rooms here, and let Emily & Scott know and we'll mark you down.
Children and dogs are welcome! The site has a couple onsite cots, and has told us they'll be able to get additional cots from their sister sites for children. Dogs should be leashed at all times in common areas and outdoors, and there is an additional fee for dogs.
Arnold House has an onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner, and breakfast is included in the room rate. The venue sits on about 80 acres and has hiking trails to further explore the grounds.
Other accommodations nearby include Antrim Streamside (cabins and cottages of varying sizes, starting from $310 per night with a two-night minimum, 10 minute drive from the venue), and The Reynolds House (historic inn with rooms starting at $120, a 10 minute drive from the venue). If you're traveling offsite, please make arrangements to get home safely!
Emily and Scott will be arriving at the venue on Friday afternoon on March 20th, so please feel free to arrive on Friday and stay for two nights if you like. We'd love to spend additional time with folks.
Travel
The venue is in the Catskills in upstate New York. Depending on traffic, it's a little over two hours from New York City. Traffic time can vary so please plan ahead. Of the major airports, EWR (Newark) is slightly closer, with LGA and JFK a bit further. Stewart International (SWF) is about an hour away, but is quite limited, and primarily has direct flights to and from Florida. The nearest Metro-north stop is Otisville, but that's still a good distance away (50 minutes).
